On September 17-19, the final event of the training programme implemented within the framework of the joint project of the Danish Trade Union Development Agency (DTDA) and the Georgian Trade Unions Confederation (GTUC) – “On Training Methodology and design and production of training materials manuals” – was held at the Holiday Inn Hotel, Tbilisi. In the period of 2022-2024, within the framework of the programme, representatives of the sectoral organizations of the GTUC and trade union activists were trained as trainers. Current and important issues for workers, such as: labour safety, minimum wage, unemployment benefit, gender equality, were actively discussed at the meetings. At the final event, certificates were awarded to the successful students of the training of trainers programme.
