By signing the document, an agreement was signed to develop effective cooperation mechanisms between the parties in order to achieve a reasonable and fair balancing of the interests of employers and employees in the process of bringing the current legislation closer to European standards, including the importance of social dialogue at workplaces, the development of legislation regulating labour and social relations, the business sector and on advocating joint positions of employees in front of the government and other interested parties, in terms of labour relations and on such topical issues as: collective relations, litigation, minimum wage, description of working hours, enterprises with 48-hour work regime, etc.
