The delegation of the Georgian Trade Unions Confederation led by Irakli Petriashvili, is in Geneva at the 111th International Labor Conference of the International Labor Organization.
The International Labour Conference is the highest decision-making body of the International Labour Organization. It meets every year and brings together tripartite delegations of 187 member states of the organization, observers of other international actors. The most important issues related to labour rights will be discussed at the conference.
In 2023, the delegation of the Georgian Trade Unions Confederation was presented by its head Irakli Petriashvili, Deputy Chairman of the Georgian Trade Unions Confederation – Tamar Surmava, Deputy Chairman of the Georgian Trade Unions Confederation – Lavrenti Alania, Chairman of the Health, Pharmaceutical and Social Care Workers’ Independent Trade Union – Irakli Amiranashvili, Chairman of the Trade Union of Service Sector, Local and Communal Services Workers’ of Georgia – Akaki Gwalia.
