For more than a month, employees of Evolution Gaming company, have been demanding a salary increase while strictly remaining within the framework of constructive dialogue.
In response, the employer fired about ten employees. Having considered that every attempt to solve the problem through peaceful methods failed, the employees decided to go to strike.
Strike requirements are:
– Salary increase by 50%;
– Reinstating of the employees dismissed to their jobs;
– Provide guarantees that no disciplinary action will be taken against any employees participating in the strike.
