Last night, the agreement was achieved at last meeting of long negotiations between the representatives of the administration of “Georgian Manganese” LLC and Local Trade Union Organization of Chiatura.
The salary of Employees of Chitaura Mountain-Enrichment factory will be increased on 10%. Salary increases will be implemented from June 1, 2018.
The company, together with the trade union will elaborate a premium provision in deadlines which will be built on a principle of income growth and will be based on parameters of labor productivity and improvement of work quality.

The company also takes responsibility on creating digital mechanisms for daily control of the plan implementation which ensures the visualization of the employees.

From January 2019, will be reviewed possibility to increase tariffs for reimbursement in overtime hours and bank holidays, set up a cash prize in certain holidays and other social benefits.
