Austrian School of Trade Unions published a journal which summarizes two-year work of the project. It is noteworthy that 29 new leaders were retrained at the school of Trade Unions. In total 87 trainings were conducted especially for them in the course of two years and each group attended 187-hour lecture course. We would like to remind the readers that the participants for Austrian Trade Union School were selected by various sectoral organizations of Trade Unions, while the trainers were selected by their qualifications. Several workshops for future leaders have been conducted by invited foreign trainers.
