The salary of Employees of Chitaura Mountain-Enrichment factory will be increased on 10%. Salary increases will be implemented from June 1, 2018.
The company, together with the trade union will elaborate a premium provision in deadlines which will be built on a principle of income growth and will be based on parameters of labor productivity and improvement of work quality.

From January 2019, will be reviewed possibility to increase tariffs for reimbursement in overtime hours and bank holidays, set up a cash prize in certain holidays and other social benefits.
